Hi Hosts. Last year I had a problem with a guest who booked for three and had seven people staying there, when asked about the over occupancy I was told it had nothing to do with me. After departure she complained to Abnb witch resulted in a suspension put on my listing after a while I got the suspension lifted. Is it company policy to withhold payment till after the guests have departed witch seems to have been put on me due to this incident.
