AirBnB hacked account and no support from AirBNB

Our account was hacked 3 weeks ago, and we have spent countless hours trying to convince 
Airbnb that we are the true hosts that the hacker has locked us out of our account. We have sent a certified letter RRR, countless emails and at least 15 phone calls. We have been hung up on instead of being transferred to a supervisor, we have been given a false case number and no response to emails, letters etc. We were supposed to have guests checking in this Monday, June 30th. We have no way to contact our guests. 

 

My last phone call with Airbnb, I asked what the protocol is to prove who we are, and "Ayesha" could not give me a straight answer or any suggestions.  The only thing they say is they only can verify through phone number and email which the hacker changed. We were super hosts for 10years, it's hard to believe that Air BNB can't go back.
