Did you follow the Aircover or Host Damage Protection terms.
1. is file a claim withing 14 days of the reservation ending. 2. Document your losses in detail within 30 days. 3. Is sign the HD release form, this one I would say wait on until you are satisfied as it releases any further liability.
if you have followed 1 and 2 and feel like they are denying your claim unfairly, don't be afraid to do the arbitration portion of the HDP terms and don't sign the form if they are lowballing you.
