Airbb In Dallas

I have a property in Dallas TX in downtown, I was told that AirBB was being banned in Dallas TX. I need some advice on if I should turn this property over to AirBB or long-term rental.

Hi George, I’m a property manager for several Airbnb properties here in Dallas. All properties that are located in single family property zones will not be allowed. Being downtown you are possibly in a zone that would allow a permitted short term rental. My company can help navigate you through the entire process.
