Airbnb Data Analysis

Hi! 

I am somewhat of a new host and I was looking for recommendations on a data analysis platform that would give me some insight to the trends and declines on Airbnb and Vrbo in my area. I’ve looked around and can’t tell if any seem legit, so if anyone uses one I’d love the recommendation! I wish airbnb would give a little bit more information on that, besides the increase percentage of now since last year. If I’m missing something that they provide, I’d appreciate it if someone could tell me where that is too. Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance! 🙏🏽
