Hey guys, just recently I received an email from Airbnb stating that they were going to change the host fee set up for us from 3% to 15% commission. Prior to that, I did try to connect to an external software without realizing that if we have API-connected software we will be switched to host-only fee option.
Now I am trying to reverse the process to go back to 3% but I don't see the option to switch back to split-fee anywhere! I have since disconnected my listings from the software and checked to make sure in the Sync settings of my listings that I am not connected to any API software anymore but I am still seeing host-only fee. Please help!
