Airbnb claims “technically glitch” and will do nothing to see my payout through.

Airbnb still owes me (as a host) a payout from one month ago and will not do a thing about it. It has been a nightmare with no end in sight and no timeframe on when they will pay this out. I’ve seen threads saying other hosts have experienced this. Has anyone actually received their payout??? If so, how long did it take??? I’m considering getting a lawyer yet I know Airbnb is facing lawsuits from other ends (municipalities, cities, etc). I just want to be well informed before I pursue this route. Any hosts have any success getting their money with such a long payout pending?
