Anyone else experience lack of response from airbnb insurance?
I have had a guest that made damages - there is no dispute on this part. But @Airbnb is denying the claim with no emails, no response and no chance to get in touch with the claims department?
Has anyone else made legal claims towards airbnb to get damages covered?
@Ane16805 The trouble is Aircover (for damage) is not an insurance policy. When you delve into its Ts&Cs it basically pays out if it wants to. If the guest is admitting the damage then just send them a resolution request for the money they owe you.
