hi fellow Hosts, is there a way to contact prior happy guests to offer them a loyalty discount if they rebook, maybe even the same week[s] annually?  Like an alumni, loyal guest badge at your property?

@Allen233  There isn't anything like that on the site, but you can always contact past guests by going to the message stream you had with them and sending them a new message.

When guests book you can ask them for their email so you can share your guest book and keep in touch regarding future promotions.

create a spreadsheet , keep this securely. Use it to market to your guests.
