As hosts we receive payment from Airbnb which consists of the nightly rate, the cleaning fee we charge the guest less the 3£ fee to Airbnb.

Is the cleaning fee counted as part of our turnover or can it be deducted for the cleaning, laundry and replenishment costs we we incur directly?

It's both part of your turnover and an expense you can claim against taxes if you pay a third party @Peter2859
