Any Advice for new Host in Palm Springs, CA

Hi Everyone,

I am new here.I want to start Airbnb in Palm Springs,CA. Does Airbnb require any permit or any official documents?  What do you recommend me?

@Mousty0  Hi there, Airbnb has no jurisdiction or bandwidth over permits and official documents.  That would be on you to take up with Palm Springs to see what is necessary to do short term rentals.

@Mousty0   To my knowledge, Palm Springs is very restrictive when it comes to short term rentals.  You may wish to speak to a local realtor or rental agency as well as the local government offices to learn what is required before you open your property for business.
