Anybody using automation yet?

Hey!

A quick question for all property owners.

I recently heard about someone who owns several Airbnbs in Spain. In the past, he was constantly busy responding to standard questions from tenants, but he recently found a solution for that.

He now uses a chatbot-like system that instantly answers all standard questions in his own writing style. His customers have 24/7 access to all useful information, from key handover to local tips.

Do you have any experience with this?

Hi Elisa,

My brother is a host and I created a custom chatbot for him that answers the majority of the questions guests have about his property, including photos of the TV remote controls, instructions on how to turn on the ceiling fan, YouTube video link for turning on the hot tub, the Wi-Fi password, etc.  It works really well.  It can actually also perform Google searches and recommend nearby attractions, restaurants, etc.
