App not working on Iphone 14 pro max

Hello! Szallas kiado vagyok. Segitseget kerek, hatha jart valaki mar igy. Par honapja egy airbnb frissítése kovetoen nem mukodik a telefonom on az applikacio. Mar mindent kiprobaltam ami eszembe jutott, ki-be kapcsolás, cookie-k törlése, app törlése, ujra Telepites tobbszor is, megsem mukodik, egyszeruen nem tolti be az appot. Minden mas készüléken mukodik az app, de az iphone 14 pro maxon nem. Mar a supporttal is beszeltem, ok sem tudtak segiteni. Van valakinek ötlete, mi okozhatja a problemat es hogyan tudnam megoldani? Hello! I'm a hotelier. I need help, maybe someone has already done this. After an airbnb update a few months ago, the app doesn't work on my phone. I've tried everything I can think of, turning it off and on, deleting cookies, deleting the app, reinstalling it several times, but it still doesn't work, it simply won't load the app. The app works on all other devices, but not on the iphone 14 pro max. I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with the app!

Have you checked whether your device was up to date as well? As mentioned here, it currently requires iOS 17.0 or later so it might be worth having a look 🙂

Can you use someone else's phone and see if you can log into Airbnb on their phone?

I would also try using a desktop computer...

The latest version for iOS is 18.6...try installing that. 

Then delete the App again and reinstall it.

Hello, we have the same  issue, iPhone 12 max ios 18.6, the app won’t work. We tried te-Install, te-start, but still not working. Any idea?

Try logging out of Airbnb on ALL devices

Delete the Airbnb App on your phone

Then clear cache on your phone (Safari)

Then re-install App and login to Airbnb ONLY on your phone using your email address and not your phone number.

If that doesn't work...you'll have to contact Airbnb.
