Hello! I'm a hotelier. I need help, maybe someone has already done this. After an airbnb update a few months ago, the app doesn't work on my phone. Try logging out of Airbnb on ALL devices
Delete the Airbnb App on your phone
Then clear cache on your phone (Safari)
https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iphacc5f0202/ios
Then re-install App and login to Airbnb ONLY on your phone using your email address and not your phone number.
If that doesn't work...you'll have to contact Airbnb.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with the app!
Have you checked whether your device was up to date as well? As mentioned here, it currently requires iOS 17.0 or later so it might be worth having a look ๐

Can you use someone else's phone and see if you can log into Airbnb on their phone?
I would also try using a desktop computer...
The latest version for iOS is 18.6...try installing that.
Then delete the App again and reinstall it.
