Are there any good property managers in Portland, Oregon area?

I've been hosting with Evolve for a while but I'm frustrated with how impersonal they are. It seems like they don't know my home very well and I have to manage my cleaner and Evolve separately. Do any of you know of any small (not too big), and responsible company in Portland that does this with reasonable fees?
