I’m looking to purchase a property in Hua Hin or just outside Pattaya Thailand, I’m doing my research first to see where and what type of property rents better, for example 2,3,4 bedroom with or without swimming pool. And ultimately trying to see the occupancy percentage for each area if anyone has some insight please

You would need to do your own market research for each location based on each property type to help understand supply and demand -assuming of course you meet local STR regulations @Mark6051
