As a Belgian renting an appartment in Turkey

Hey guys, I’m very pleased to be in this community and learn from you all.

I live in Belgium but would like to rent out the appartment we have in Turkey (Antalya). 
I would like to know how to do this, what the tax requirements are, permits I have to get,…

1. You can check with whoever manages short term rental regulations in your location to see if there are regulations you need to abide by

2. you need to find an accountant who specialises in tax affairs in Belgium and Turkey to advise your on tax affairs.
