Did y'all see the weird and non-customer friendly Captcha being used by the AirBnB site?! Lose customers for wasting their time and frustrating them!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Captcha systems are there to help protect accounts, but I get that they can sometimes feel like a hurdle.

Just to help us get a clearer picture, were you using the Airbnb site or the app when this happened? And was it during login or while trying to do something else?
