Hello!

I am a newbie in hosting without any guests yet.

I am having a problem in the pricing. I am setting up pricing ($750/month), but when searched as a traveller, a much much lower price ($12) is being shown.

I don't know how to edit it anymore.

Pls help!

Airbnb monthly reservations are 28 days and not 30 or 31 days, like a regular long-term rental.  If you receive a monthly reservation, you will be paid every 4 weeks.  This is an industry standard.

@Grand-Horizon0 you have almost certainly got a monthly price set. Go into pricing and edit monthly prices to see if something is there.
