Base price issues

Hi, I’m a new host.  Initially I set my base price very high so no one would book with me.  I’ve since updated the pricing.  If guests click on availability, calendar or attempt to book the price is correct.  However, the base price still shows $4000 not the $99 correct price.  Can anyone help?  This seems to be a common problem.

Hi I just listed and set the base price but guest are booking and Airbnb is charging a lower rate. Am I missing something? I do not have smart pricing activated. Any ideas?

Do you happen to have the Flexible, non-refundable option activated?  If yes, what is happening is if guest selects non-refundable option, they get a 10% discount.
