Best way to send a document for guest to complete

Hi - Portugal requires a SEF document to be completed with all Guest details. This is Word document that needs to be sent and returned by each booking.

I can't see that this can be attached on the AirBNB messenger and cannot find the Guest email address on the booking. Is this somewhere that I have missed? There used to be an Airbnb email address that could be used.

You can use the email alias to sent attachment, but you need "professional tools" to activate the feature in ypur account, as explained here:
