Billing and special offers

Question on this, we offered 10% off for this stay and and extra 5% to the guest. Why does it show two special discounts? They paid 5000 essentially and we got 3200. I’m very confused. Thanks!

The first line "special offer" is the discount offered

The second  line "special offer" is only the subtotal (5415,- -minus 1909,18)

Did you also had the "20% promotional discount for new listings" active ?

(see section "promotions" in the calender)
