Hello! 
I have a 5 bedroom villa with 3 bedrooms completely independent but can share the kitchen that has indoor and outdoor access but my question is that clients can  rent it separately ( 3 independent bedrooms with all accommodations needed and the main house has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a living room and dining room as well as the indoor access to the kitchen which it is shared with the rest of the property. 
how do I bill clients separately if they all rent at the same time when the property is located at the same address? Can you set up one account with different locations or you have to create different accounts for each even though it is at the same location. Thank you.

@Mike3808 You are only allowed one account but you can have multiple listings. Switch on pro tools from your account to make it easier to manage multiple listings.

You can use one Airbnb account to manage multiple listings. 

Each listing can have its own calendar, availability, pricing, house rules, photos, and settings, so you can manage everything from one account while keeping each property separate.
