CITQ CERTIFCATION i my expiry date is incorrect h! CITQ tells me it is the City says itat my

Im Having problems getting my certifcation I recieved my Certificat from the CITQ up loaded it to airbnb and it returns not accepted the expiry date doesn't match our records .i my expiry date is correct !  CITQ tells me it is the City and the City says its Airbnb I haven't been able to Host for 2 Months now !!  If any body can help that would be fantastic !!!
