Calculating TOT taxes

Hi all - We collect 10% TOT tax, but it has to be paid manually to our city. The form requires us to list the number of nights, total rev,  and the tax. I'm looking for the easiest way to calculate it.

I can go through each reservation per month, manually pull the number of nights and and tax paid - but is there not a report or any interface that can show this info per month?

It's not a huge deal, but a bit tedious 🙂 thanks!

@David11304 You can download a csv file and then split it by month but we keep our own spreadsheet as each booking comes in. That way we can answer any questions our various tax authorities ask us PLUS we register each Airbnb payment as it hits our bank account so that we can check we have been paid the right amount.

Thanks, the CSV helps 🙂

Hello @David11304  I just wanted to check in and ask if you have had the chance to read Mike's suggestions. Also, >>here<< is an article that outlines the process for downloading a CSV file:

Keep us posted.
