Camden, London 90-day limit - council letter received - help
I've just received a letter from Camden Council stating that they believe I've short term/holiday let my place for >90 days in 2021 - and I'm wondering how to handle this, & would appreciate any help. As it happens, I haven't. Yet. But the letter comes with a detailed form asking for rental sites used and total days booked ahead this year. Which, I see, amounts to more than 90 days. The airbnb limit hasn't been breached yet, and is automatically applied by airbnb anyway. But I don't just use airbnb.
Replies to this v welcome asap - I have to answer the letter soon. Personal message me if you wish. And perhaps I can be of help in return.

@Michael502 I guess it is all in the wording of the letter. You have let your place for more than 90 days in 2021 if you have accepted bookings totalling more than 90 days.
Perhaps you could inform them you will cancel certain stays to keep yourself legal.

Thx. So you're strictly in illegal territory if you've accepted 90+days bookings in advance, but not yet hosted them? Yes obviously one could cancel the ones over 90 days. Still be interested if anyone has more lateral solutions. For example, I wonder what happens if the place is effectively taken over by one of these agencies for hosts? Thx again.
P.S. Does anyone know if Camden council are likely to pursue back years? The form asks how many years prior the place has been rented. The letter + form is interestingly addressed to "Owner/Occupier" but has the correct address.
