Can I share photos with the host outside of the platform?

Hi everyone,

I’m a professional photographer for Airbnb, and I recently took photos of an apartment. According to the agreement, I understand that the photos are the exclusive property of Airbnb and must only be delivered through their platform. I’ve already submitted the photos through the platform, and they were approved.

However, the host has asked me for some additional photos (ones not selected by Airbnb) to use for personal purposes, such as sharing with friends or potential guests. I want to make sure I’m following the rules correctly. Am I allowed to share these photos directly with the host, or would this violate Airbnb’s policies?

Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows the best way to handle this type of request?
