Can't access my account/messages from my Macbook Air

Hello.  For the last couple of days I haven't been able to access my host messages or anything from my MacBook Air.  It allows me to log in and then I can see there are messages, but nothing further - just a big blank page. Using Google. It's absolutely fine on my iPhone, but it's so much easier to message guests etc on my laptop.  Anyone else having a similar issue in the past couple of days? Ali

Hi Ali,

 

I am having the same issue, which is a nightmare. I am able to look at and reply to my messages if I go to travelling instead of hosting.

 

I have reported to air bnb and they said they are aware of the issue and working on it. It’s not just us apparently!

 

All very bizarre but I am hoping they sort it soon as I do everything on my MacBook too!

Thanks Caroline,  I'm relieved to hear it's not just me and that Airbnb are aware of it. Very irritating!!  I'll try the travelling rather than hosting suggestion. Thanks so much for messaging. My fingers are firmly crossed too. Ali 🙂
