Cannot view listing calendars for 2023! Need to for tax return.

Now we've tipped into 2025, airbnb has removed all the data for 2023. I need to see 2023 calendars to prove we meet the criteria for furnished holiday lets (more than 210 days availability in the year). Anyone know how we get this info??? Crazy that it just disappeared 😞

@Andrew3692 whenever relied on Airbnb for data used by the VOA or HMRC. We kept a detailed spreadsheet of bookings, rates etc so that we could both answer the VOA questions and fill in our tax returns.

One question I do have is do YOU have to prove you were available for 210 days or can you just assert this and it is for the VOA/HMRC to prove otherwise?

@Andrew3692 On the US site it's available, but you have to dig- it's not logical how to find it. 

Go to your Earnings page. Look for the Settings gear icon on the page near the top, right of center. 

You should see these options:

Settings and documents

Payout settings

Tax information

Earnings reports

Airbnb.org donations

Give feedback

If you click on Earnings Reports, you can go back in years. I hope this works for you. The international sites vary in how they work. And yes, it's not user-friendly at all!!

This process does supply the earnings reports, but does not supply the actual calendars of previous years that show availability and rental dates in a calendar view. This is what I believe @Andrew3692 and I are looking for. For me, currently being audited, the IRS is requesting documentation about the actual calendar availability and rental dates. Can anyone help me find this info?
