Childrens garden play equipment

Hi. We have a lot of families who book to stay with us and I was considering whether to get swings/slide/climbing frame as there is a large garden.

Does anyone else have these? and if so what liabilities for accidents should I be aware of? I'm in Scotland.

I have a playset like that @Debbie1061 and families like it.  As to liabilities, best to discuss with a lawyer.  I imagine you could say something like "use at your own risk" in your house rules.  But I was once told that even if you had guests sign a full agreement, they could still sue.  All that in mind, I don't think a playset is a huge risk.  Mine is not very high and has deep mulch underneath, so even if a child fell I doubt they'd really be hurt.
