City registration

The City of South Fulton is giving me 30days to register my unit as a STR. Is it best to use a LLC for this line of business?

Hey @Jen260, I'm in Canada (where we don't have the option of an LLC), but I remember reading about it before I realized this 🙈 and thinking it was a good idea.

Thank you for your response and for the information. I have since spoken with a tax expert who that advised the certificate must be in the name of the title of the property. I am following up on that idea as well.
