Cleaning and managing in Ann Arbor area?

Hi,

My husband and I own a small house in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and plan to switch it from a long-term to a short-term rental. Since we live in NJ, we are looking for a full managing and cleaning service, probably called a co-host, to take care of everything, including the online correspondence.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
