Cleaning fees

Good evening I'm wondering if some of you charge a fee for cleaning . Thanks for the feed back

Absolutely!  A lot of us charge a cleaning fee even if you're doing it yourself.  Is that maybe why you're asking Mark?  

The cleaning fee is automatically reimbursed in case a guest cancels outside a hosts cancellation period so at least they get something back😉  Some hosts choose to incorporate it in the nightly fee and in this case, the guest gets nothing back.  

Many hosts out source their cleaning so it's become a very common extra line on a guests reservation.

Check out what other listings around you are charging.
