What is the best way to reach out to landlords ?
This is a community for hosts and guests who have questions relating to Airbnb.
if you want to do arbitrage you would be better joining a forum for that .
Many landlords would not risk sub letting for short term let's it's too risky for them but in some countries such as the US it does seem more common than in Europe.
as with any business market research is key
@Maria24005 Check out You tube specifically Sean Rakidzich. He is the guru of arbitrage which for the record, is becoming very difficult to profit from. Rents are so high in most parts of the US, Airbnb saturation in most parts of the US is real. The delta between what you are paying for rent and what you will be earning is very short. Not much meat on the bone anymore. But do check out Sean's page.
Hi @Maria24005,
Welcome to the community!
Could you tell us a little more about your project please? Are you looking for properties to host in, or for properties to stay in?
Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂

Hi Emilie,
I am looking for rental units to host in based in the UK, specifically collaborating with landlords to help their rental units get booked essentially.
As I said in my earlier post @Maria24005 most UK landlords will run a mile from this wanting to sublet for short term rentals .
our long term ASL leases specifically preclude sub letting.
why do you feel this is a good business model for you?
did you join arbitrage groups as I suggested .
