Very cute properties and they seem very active.

Your calendar will effect your display for me a lot of days said Host not available.

The Airbnb Platform gives you about 5 pages of space and the ability to create Airbnb Guidebooks.  You can't just put a Keyword in the Title line and compete with other listings that are designing to gain traffic.

Look at your competitors listings.  You have done amazingly well a little tweaking and probable good popularity explosion.

Why not?We are located to the beach/edge of that Fjord?

What listings do appear?  How does your ad listing compare to the listings being displayed?

Airbnb Search Display takes multiple factors into account

It appears good reviews and recent stays, you met those requirements.

Your listing description, is the product box.  The final factor for a Guest to choose your listing over the other beach listing.

Airbnb counts conversions. that is a traffic measure.  Airbnb is going to promote listings that result in Airbnb profit also.  Since You have traffic but yes you probably should have more traffic.  I am suggesting your ad description be reviewed..

On the other side, your questions seem more questions concerning ad advertising platform, the Airbnb Platform is more directed to offering potential Airbnb Guests the ability to interact with Airbnb Hosts.
