Co-host contract

Good Afternoon from Vermont! I Co-host and consult, for over ten years now. I love what I do, but occasionally I check my contract and run into people who don't want to sign a contract. Does anyone have a simple contract, that is not 20 pages long like mine?

As a cohost I wouldn't work with clients who won't sign my contract  @Kazmin0 

Why don't you take your contract to your lawyer and see how you can simplify it.

I agree Helen, I learned my lesson after a client didn't sign and then decided not to pay me. I have gone to my lawyer, I'll try another lawyer as well to see if they can simplifiy it.
