Code violation

We received a letter from the Town of Berthoud (CO) stating we were in violation of Code for short term rental.  Anybody else in Berthoud run into this and did you resolve the issue?

I've learned there will be a Town Board Study Session about short term rentals on Tuesday, November 7th at 6:30 p.m.  The Board meets in the basement board room at the Town Hall.  The agenda is posted and goes into a lot of detail about the pros and cons of Airbnb.  Please pass this along to as many people as you can and/or know and I hope to see you there! Once on the home page, go to Agenda & Minutes, then Start Date, then Nov. 7.

Yes, we did and so did another Airbnb host I contacted through the Airbnb site.  There's a terminology issue we're trying to figure out.  What I can't find are the dates of the Town Council meetings where this was discussed.  I also understand there were questionnaires about Airbnb sent out, but I can't find information about these either.

If you're not in violation of local codes you have nothing to worry about as you'll be able to demonstrate this @Anthony1984
