I am currently having a nightmare right now. I’ve been hosting for sometime now and it’s my first time to experience a missing payout! It should have arrived on or before july 12 but it’s july 14 now and no money was received in my bank account. Airbnb support just “escalates” my issue to the right department and just lets me wait.
is this a common thing for other hosts? I want to know your stories too.
im really disappointed how airbnb handles this and puts down my motivation to continue being a super host.

theres so many people not receiving payout if you check another thread ‘payout not received’ by Josie131.
I was on the same boat. 3 days chasing airbnv customer support who doesnt know whats going on. 1 said it hasnt been paid, 1 said it has and should be w me 3-5 days, another said 7 days. All that has passed my bank cant see any payment to come in. Ive requested 18 TRN & 23 digits ARN as per bank instruction so bank can trace payment but airbnb couldnt give one to me. At last I was put on another CS saying that I wont receive payment until 4th August (besr in mind they said to me and the transaction said its been processed on 4th July 24H after guests checked in as you also know). And then I found that thread I mentioned so I decided to cancel the reservation as I didnt want to host 4 guests for 2 months with €7k owed to me as other people have been owed 10k or more!
Thanks for sharing! Im really shocked and frustrated that this is happening to a lot of hosts. Im still waiting for my bank response. Did you already get your payout?

@Nolan-Rey0 Have you checked if your KYC information is up to date and that you have Verified your Host account ?

Chat support is not a help at all! They just keep on telling that Airbnb has already sent the payout and I have to reach out to my bank.
If Airbnb truly partners with Payoneer for foreign bank transfers, then why is it Airbnb can't involve Payoneer on this kind of issues for faster turn around time and case resolution?
Airbnb is really digging its own grave.

2. What caused the delay?
3. What is the resolution for this issue and assurance that this will not happen again?
4. What actions has been taken after “escalating” my case to the “right team”? I got no visibility on this stage. I want to know!
5. I need compensation for the damages you’ve caused. Who do i need to talk to?
