Deleting a listing

I am trying to delete a listing and maintain my Airbnb Account. I have followed all the instructions but they appear to be out of date as I am not getting the options I'm told to expect.  My Listing is still active.  The messages I'm getting are "No Results Found" - Some settings can only be edited in a listing;s detail page.  Try something else or try editing a single listing"  The other seemingly irrelevant message I'm receiving is "No Results Found -  We couldnt find any listings that match your filters and search terms"

Please help - this is driving me crazy!

Yep. I can do steps 1 & 2 but I do not get a notice to “Deactivate” and am certainly not offered step 4
