Diversifying from Short-Term to Long-Term Stays

Hi, 

I run a small motel and have had a few stints at AirBnB Bookings for short-term stays. The market trends seemed to point toward longer term stays and larger rooms. I renovated 2 units in May25 as a pilot for this strategy. 

I would now like to access groups, forums, networks where I can target the following

1. Diaspora or Expatriates willing to stay 15 or more nights in a Serviced Unit in the Nairobi, Milimani Area (Kenya)

2. Families or Friends needing to visit Nairobi for Medical Visits.
