Do hosts get many bookings for the summer months in St. George, Utah

I'm wondering how many bookings other hosts in the Southern Utah area average during the hot summer months?  I'm new to the AirBnB community, but in 3 short months my bookings have grown from 4 to 12 bookings per month.  I need at least 12 bookings per month to pay my house payment,  and I'm wondering if bookings typically go down in the summer months?  Also, what are the average number of bookings other hosts in the area typically get in a month?  I'm hosting a full basement with 3 bedrooms, private kitchen and living space.  I'm considering whether to keep it open during the summer months or to get a permanent renter.  Any feedback would be appreciated.  Thanks for your time.
