I've been doing Airbnb at a Condominium for years and this year the Administration is deciding to have vote on whether they will allow Airbnb to continue or not.... Has anyone ran into this issue? Any solutions or laws to back Airbnb up?
In my case I know they have registered the the Condo as residential and Commercial and have 2 or 3 offices working out of the building... wonder if that leaves a path to allow Airbnb to maintain separated from the Condo rules.
