Email communications

I am currently setting up Innroad to manage my property bookings and contactless checkin.

This is a new property with 4 different properties.

I have not been able to verify if emails to customers will come from Innroad or AirBNB.  Both

companies customer support has been a nightmare.

We used to be able to communicate with our guests via a secure and anonymous email address but this has stopped.  We are encouraged to communicate only via  the Airbnb message stream with our guests.

Not sure if that answers your question though?

I'm using Innroad to manage my contactless property and trying to determine

where Customer communication will come from, Innroad or Airbnb.

Working with both Innroad and Airbnb has been a nightmare.
