Thank you for answering. I have received one phone call and some emails. I have yet to fine someone to help me with this. But I have alerted out local police and obtained a lawyer. I'm disappointed in Airbnb customer service. I hope to get some help soon. One problem is....I work and cannot sit and stare at my emails all day, therefore after a certain amount of hours passed, they will discontinue the thread due to inactivity . So frustrated
