Hi Bhumika , joined today but 6 month host , I had a very embarrassing situation for me today , I have a 5 bed room house and 3 are Airbnb rooms listed , 1 room have for me and one room I wanted to permanently rent 2 girls , I had guests in one room but mistaking Wronged it with other room as empty , and opened the guest room but immediately realize and backed back , felt so embarrassed , the lady in room messaged and was upset i apologized deeply and mentioned my mistake . Also offered her refund for days stay and further 2stays free , did not get any response further from her . It was honest mistake and 2 girls were behind . Feeling bad bad ,,embarrassed . Pl suggest .
