Event Space Rental

Does anyone have experience renting out an event space on the Airbnb platform?  I have 3 regular Airbnbs for overnight guests -which are doing great but I would also like to rent out my gallery for meetings, birthdays, large dinner parties, etc  Any advice would be MOST welcome.  It would help if Airbnb had an event space category.
