Extended Check In and Check Out Fees

Would be a pretty simple revenue generator to provide functionality around managing early check in or late checkout with rules or ad hoc, and listing a fee, like $50 for the option to check in early (ie, like 4 hours).

I wonder if this is on the Airbnb roadmap at all.

Yes hosts have been doing this for years @Anthony2322 

Just add details and charges to your listing . And remind guests about the offer when responding to their booking . 

You can then get guests to pay through the platform.

Absolutely, Anthony, many hosts offer early check-in and late checkout as optional add-ons, even without a dedicated Airbnb feature.

You can simply outline the details and fees in your listing description, then when they request it, you can process the payment safely through Airbnb using the Resolution Center.

It's not automated yet, but this approach works smoothly and keeps everything documented on the platform.
