I booked a house it's description didn't match the actual location which was only given to me after the transaction and I immediately canceled the reservation in less than 5 minutes after book but I only got refunded part of my money about $160 hasn't been refunded if anyone has any idea how I can get the rest refunded back to me any help would be greatly appreciated

@Peikai0  The missing $160 is likely the service fees that Airbnb does not refund as a rule of thumb. You will need to call and ask for an exception to be refunded the fee, you only get three per year.  be concise about the issue and ask for a refund of the service fee.
