I have noticed some people have cleaning fee, & service charge. I have just cleaning fee set to cover all, would now like to change this but can not see were to put service fee ?

the only service charge I have ever heard of is air bnb's service charge. Applied to both guests and hosts.

The Service fee is set by Airbnb and is the money that they take from each booking. 

Which is 3% from hosts and up to 20% charged to guests.
