Since this will be my first time hosting, I would like to ask what guarantees, documents, or precautions I should have in place to ensure safety and a smooth experience for my first hosting.

There are no guarantees when it comes to an STR business @Abanoub4 

you need to check with your local government to see if there are any STR restrictions.

You need home insurance for STR . Aircover is limited .

asking vetting questions helps you filter out guests who aren't a good fit for your listing. 

You would need to check any local business regulations you need to comply with.
