Fiscal belgium (VAT) for

Good morning,

I'm renting an apartment (first floor of my house).  My house is in a company. It is an 11 years construction. I have two questions:

1) I receive invoices from Airbnb for their services where they say it's under VAT but there is a 0 VAT value on it... Is the total cost VAT included or is there no VAT to be be taken into account?

2) Is the remaining amount received for the renting subject to VAT? If yess,  at which rate? 6% or 21%?
